Restorant Bistro Mexicano Alatriste

This project was born from the idea of understanding and sharing the kitchen of our roots, we rely on the ancestral food that represents the feelings and foundations of our culture.

 Previous research with the creation of something different, something visually attractive, satisfying the most demanding taste and palates. At Bistro Mexicano Alatriste we not only offer a mix of ingredients served in a dish, but we also harmonize elements so that together they make you feel the taste of home, the traditional taste of our roots, that we're like Mexican. This menu is dedicated to my grandmother and my parents who couldn't be with me on the line. 

In every dish there's a little bit of culture, love, and seasoning from various parts of the world, making a simple a great culinary experience, the idea is to share with you a few of my roots.
